International Shipping Note: We proudly serve customers worldwide, with limited exceptions in some Asian destinations and remote locations. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our collections:

  • Socks (from our Socks category)
  • Jewelry once removed from original packaging (from our Jewelry category)

International Returns: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returns. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
